Day 2: Daffodil

Every year I plan to go to T.C.Steele to check out the daffs and every year I get the timing not quite right.  The buds are stubbornly frozen shut, or they are sadly wilting.  This year I got it right.  Daffodils shining in all their glory.  The effect wasn't actually as great as I thought it would be, probably due to unrealistic expectations.

Tell me again what app you use for your awesome illustrations, pls. Mine doesn't have that many options. I am not going to be great at making the pics, but the kids will be! :)

Regarding the scale score of 1--what are you giving a score of 1 to? I think you deserve a much higher score there! Either that,or you need a huge break from school!!!!

I, too, want to know about this app.

Your creativity is phenomenal.

Yes. Let's learn about the app. Dave has a new iPad and I want to play.

Whiteboard is a great one. And also free.

Daffodil was made with BRUSHES. That costs 8 bucks, but David Hockney uses it. If it's good enough for David Hockney, it's good enough for me.

i gave myself a 1 on the marzano scale because I had partial success, with help. I used a "how to draw a daffodil" web page.

I think you are being way too hard on your little flower.

Everyone should buy BRUSHEs immediately.

uhmmmm....I need my Ipad to arrive first. Then I will buy brushes. It's an awesome bike ride out to TC Steele. I hope to be in shape enough to do this by the end of the summer.

We were behind a long row of bikers yesterday and I was hoping one of them was you. But you weren't among them.
