I never thought I liked jazz music, but now I do. #1 son will be at Marcellus Neal Hall tonight at 7, playing the jazz music with his other jazz musician friends. We're writing our social narrative stories in 306 now. They are somewhat connected to themes we've read in books about Afghanistan and Pakistan. I'm not sure where we're heading with our books, so that can be a little bit on the exciting side.

With both kids in jazz, I too have really grown to like it. It is connected to blues, so maybe that's why I like it. Maybe I will stay with El tonight to hear the concert! Kevin has practice, but he said he'd love to hear it too.

K...Yes! They're turning into 4th graders right in front of my eyes.
I love the peeps a lot. I got some great fotos of them huddling together in the garden listening to a guest speaker give a pioneer talk. V. sweet.
We celebrate my dad's bday last night otherwise I would've loved to hear Quinno play.
