nhey c, i changed the links today because i was in a rush last night.
there's a funny haiku blog linked now.
happy friday.

my friend cynthia sent me crossroads on my 45th birthday and i have it next to my dissertation desk. so i've got it almost memorized. i read it when i can't think of what to write on the diss. which is pretty often. sadly.

I've had poems in my pocket all week from the kids. Here's one from Luke, (which he thinks about school right now):

Trapped
Theses iron bars won't open
I never will escape.
I'll be here forever!!!!!

Is the deck still on with the carnival and all?

our pleasure jw.
you missed a swinging time at the
air jumper yesterday.
5 kids were allowed in at a time for 2 minutes of jumping.
i swore that the timer must be broken because each 2 minutes felt like an eternity.
no one got hurt tho and only a few jumpers had to be coerced out of the jumping dome.

i swear i already commented on this entry -- something about quinn being unbelievably tall and grown-up looking and so helpful!

but i must have typed it and forgot to hit go.

i do not envy the jumper supervision, but it sounds like you did a great job
