The Love
Fam and friends congregated here to celebrate #1 son's graduation, and the jazzy fun and love were flowing freely. I loved having everyone over here on Friday for jazz, snacks and, in my case, way too much wine. Anyway, that's neither here nor there. The point is this: No more high school for us. I'm going to miss the daily robocalls about missed classes, the plaintive requests for evidence of homework completion, the worried nagging about impending doom and most of all the smug looks as we opened up the glowing grade reports. But not too much. Not too much at all actually. We're all ready for a summer of fun and we're off to a rip roaring start. Congrats, #1. You nailed it.
