We started the Chicago trip with a walk thru the Conservatory. Perfect start after a long trafficky car ride.
Chicago's like a huge art museum. Everywhere you look there's something amazing to see. Other highlights:
- Transformer 3's filming so we got to take some pix of the phenomenal sets.
- Dinner at Bin 36.
- Art Institute: Cartier-Bresson exhibit etc.
- The Bean
- Orchestra Rehearsal in Gehry's Pritzker Pavilion
- #1 Son and Husbandman heard Pharez Whitted at Jazz Showcase
- Shopping on the Mile
- Walking and talking for hours and hours

D, Q did not get the CD. He decided to get it from the library first. That's what he usually does.
The trip was a blast. Super short, but fantastic nonetheless.
Now I'm going to try to do Day 1 of Week 9 of the couch to 5K. It's so hot this morning. Why???
