Birdfeeder on the right broke while we were gone. Broke means that squirrels can not feed on it, and birds are out of luck as well. So on this first day back I went to the bird feeder store and told the guy my story. He held up bird feeder on the left and said, "You should just buy the more expensive one." So I did.  Posted by Hello

I love that the first thing you tackled when you got home was the bird feeder problem. Lucky birds you have there.

I love even more that you are back on the blog! How I've missed it!

I hope those birdies figure out the more expensive bird feeder. It just cracked me up that as I sat there chatting with you on your deck I could hear a clink clink clink as a young downey woodpecker worked things out.

You guys are back!!! Couldn't be happier!!!

hey -- did you hire a cleaning person to fix up the tenants' mess?!

I hope so!

the house wasn't in too bad a shape. they left a lot of things here for us to throw away. You know, stuff like their old tubes of hand lotion and empty mustard bottles, boxes of empty boxes. Weirdo renters.
