Last night we saw these guys at Mitzi's house. A fox showed up as well, but no one bothered to tell me to come over to the window to see it. This morning, a deer walked into our backyard and sprawled out for a little rest back there. He stayed for about an hour and then moseyed off after the air conditioning heroes showed up. Posted by Hello

Generally, I don't like to see animals in groups. Once I dropped R off at a dogwalking event downtown. There were hundreds of dogs in the park, waiting for the official walk to begin. They looked sinister and I got out of there as quickly as I could.

I'm with you on that group thing. Especially when they are large rodents known to tear people apart.

Or birds, known to peck out people's eyes.

and the schools of fish that are always plotting, plotting, plotting. Saw a news item yesterday where the catfish were just walking across a road. People were getting out of their cars and just picking them up for dinner. Don't they see that's part of their plan?
