The Sirens

Right after gym class, lining up in the hallway, I heard a peep say that something was wrong with one of our littlest peeps. I turned around to see this kiddo in a weird standing faint---rigid and definitely not right. I scooped her up in my arms and ran for the nurse. Her breathing was labored and she had lost consciousness. When I put her down on the little nursebed, school nurse began shouting her name, I was holding her hand whispering over and over to our social worker, "We're going to need an ambulance, she needs an ambulance." So the ambulance was called and she got whisked away and towards the end of the day I was told that she's fine now and some tests were taken at the hospital. Scary times at school, making my resolution to be "delightful" today super hard to accomplish. 4 more days til spring break. I hope we can all make it through.

This is so scary. I'm glad that girl is okay. Keep trying to be delightful. Let me know how it goes.

It was really horrible. But little peep is back in school today and seems to be back in action. She kept asking me, "what's an episode? the doctor said I had one."

the delightfulness went okay today, but i'm going to really ratchet it up a notch tomorrow. I can do this.

Episode! What kind of episode? You can't keep us on the edge of our seats like this or I will have to spend my time listening to Bob proselytizing for International CIIY Day.

that's just it. they didn't tell her what kind of episode. I looked up "episode" in the dictionary with her and we concluded that the doctor was telling her..."something happened to you."
Isn't that great.

International ciiy day is cracking me up. has bob actually used the portopotty? walk the walk, buddy!

AFAIK, no one has used the "privy". I'm thinking of leaving a dollar bill in there to find out when it actually serves its intended purpose.
