We've had snow and ice and now a brief delay to the school day. I would be happier about this if I were not feeling sad about #1 son's dental situation. He got braces yesterday, but an odd piece of metal called a "cage" was added to the roof of his mouth, making life fairly difficult. Poor guy.His mouth is bringing me down. Happily, blogging about his mouth is bringing me right back up.

Re your house picture: I'm reading a book in which a young boy sits backwards on a bench, and bends his head back so he can look at his house upside down. "Somehow he felt more in control of things when he could turn the house upside down like that."

I was trying to fotograph some light because all my pix seem dark. And i went to that cool photography exhibit and realized once again that I don't know crap about yet another thing. but here's the real question...
