The Echolocation

Today was fun. I went to pal KvdS's classroom and worked with some kids on their power points. I learned about echolocation and blubber in dolphins. I learned about farmers being disgruntled with bobcats. I learned that male kangaroos fight before they mate. It was a fun afternoon that ended up with teachers yakking in a little pub. A perfect end to a perfect day. Merci beaucoup KvdS. And to your big sister jw for letting me tag along.

I love to work in classrooms where there are great teachers. It was fun working with my two favorite people/teachers!

It's a kick that the kids are so interested in the growth of my hair.

hi jw. we are all so interested in your hair. it's like the mystery of our times what it's going to look like every time i see you. i love it.

and ms. kc, yes, it was way fun.
I learned a few new facts. did you know dolphins can be up to 32 feet long? that surprised the heck out of me, but it was right there in the magic treehouse research book.

This is off topic, but...
i thought Ros was so great Saturday. She became the character. Not just the talk, but definitely the walk - and the standing.
I have to admit I was surprised at the expertise of the entire cast and crew (except for the little lighting boo-boo). I truly enjoyed the entire production.
