Story Premise #3 --- Soul Stealership

Whenever people in Wichita bring in their Kia Soul to be repaired  at Ken's Kia Dealership, the mechanic does something that messes with the owner's actual soul.

The car is repaired, but the car owner feels out of sorts and some even drive away deeply despondent.

There's a string of suicides in Wichita since Ken's opened up.  

Can anyone get through to the mechanic at Ken's?  Can he be convinced to mend the collective humanity of his customers?  Or will more souls be traded for Souls?
