Last night, in honor of fall, I had a butternut squash spaetzle at Truffles. JW ordered the spaetzle as well. Before fall is gone, I suggest everyone RUN to Truffles for the butternut squash spaetzle.

I too love stuff made with butternut squash. I had a butternut squash and roasted pear soup at school the other day, and it was divine.
