The Coincidence

I started blogging this foto taken by bigsister when I looked up and saw a deer in this same spot in my back yard. Unfortunately, I frightened it away by trying to fotograph it. Why didn't I just enjoy the moment? As in yesterday when I saw an oriole fly by. A real highlight. And people who love birds may want to read Franzen's memoir, Discomfort Zone. KC gave it to me and I loved every chapter of his life.

As your imbedded article says, the orthotic works the best, and that's what Carolyn told you she used to get rid of her plantars.
You can get it/them at the CVS located on 3rd and the bypass. Go to their section of TV stuff (or ask someone).
It's called Walk Fit Phase 4 orthotics.
She said the first few days, maybe up to a week, will be torture, and after that - complete relief!

here is what i have heard of for plantar fascitis:
rolling a tennis ball on your foot and some kind of boot that you sleep in. the boot thing is supposed to work. it worked for my friend molly, anyway, and she got it from a hot podiatrist.

can you come and visit me in minnesota today? laughing is supposed to help induce labor, and we could have a good time in your old hood.

Could we try a doctor for the foot malady? Please?
...from you know who...

anon #1. I will look for this item. I will stop at nothing to cure myself of the dreaded p.f.

KC ... would that be great or what? I do have a joke that Ros tells that may help.

JW... A doctor probably will not help with this situation. But I will consider it.

I know many that a doctor helped with this problem and they do things on their end as well to prevent it form happening again.(boot at night and or orthotics) You need some physical therapy otherwise the pain will go on forever. It may get better, but it will linger for a long time. The starting and the stopping of walking is the worst. So, shopping can then be hell. Really.
