Got outside this
afternoon. I'm doing the couch to 5K gig again for the gazillionth time. It felt so good to be outside. I've been fairly cooped up of late. Tomorrow our Artful Learning consultants come for a visit. I'm lucky to be able to
focus on art every once in awhile at Artful School. It feels like something I need. Air, art. So far, so good.
