We had most excellent fun celebrating the birth of my mom. Now it's time to get back to work. But this day involves an all day meeting at a school not my own. Usually at the all day meetings I find out about a whole laundry list of things that are now part of my job. But maybe that won't happen this time.
It will be good to see everyone and catch up with the literacy events at other schools. I usually pick up a few good ideas along the way. I'm on my way to Starby's so that I can be extra attentive during the assignments and information dispersal. Last year I forgot about a few things until it was TOO LATE. I wasn't super impressive when that happened, let me tell you.
