Tomorrow would be a good day to finish up that 20 minute ncte talk. I have a lot of doubts about that happening. Lacking a bit of confidence.

Only 20 minutes!? Sock it to them! Use the old sandwich paragraph technique.
A "grab them" first sentence or two (the first delicious slice of bread), then the meat - the wonderful filling, and finally, a repeat of your beginning (the second piece of that marvelous bread).
