Tote is full of stuff that I need to work on. Bah. But on the good side, the day has been a good one. Relaxing. I'm trying to figure out how I can exercise more than I do now, which is not at all. There has to be a way.

it's hard, isn't it? i want something not too hard.
pilates sounds really hard. i'm so out of shape. i should just jump off a bridge and put my cells out of their misery.
i have been doing yoga, and really, it's like killing two birds with one stone: therapy+exercise. I recommend it heartily.
