CRASH
I agree with everything in the Slate review, but I still like it. Million Dollar Baby screenwriter Haggis likes to slam us with themes and messages, but this movie's weaving of stories makes up some for the lack of subtlety. Slate reviewer thinks Haggis wants to show that even fair and kind people can be racist (and vice a versa) but the movie illustrates that racist incidents impact identities in future actions and interactions. If you see it, let me know what you think. I beg of you.
