The Therapy

Down here at 90 Cab with Mom and Dad.  The doctor feels that mom's recovery from hip surgery is going well.  I'm doing some physical therapy along with my mom so my thighs hurt like holy heck.  I obviously need to kick it into gear this summer with the physical health goals.

I've been going to start a core exercise plan since the beginning of the summer. I'm thinking about doing it when I return from my cycling trip.

I'm glad that the doctor feels like the recovery is going well. You must be a very good PT companion. You've inspired me to look into this whole PT business. It sounds good. xo
