Today one of my girls has a new t-shirt that has snap on turtles on the front of it.
Last night there was a radio program about turtles. Check out The Story, the Wednesday edition, and all the stories about Turtles and lots of turtle links. http://thestory.org/archive/
If I go out to recess and a kid brings me a turtle, I will run screaming.

I think even turtles move more slowly in the south than other areas...... I accidentally ran over one yesterday and it made a HORRIBLE noise! YUK!
